Front desk staff needs phone etiquette training. Wanted to find a new provider for my son but when I called the lady "Sherry" or WHOEVER just had an attitude, asked weird questions and only contributed a bunch of snotty drawn out "Ohhhhhkayyyyyys?" before I just hung up. If her role was to intentionally scare of potential patients well then she's killing it! 😅 Happy to go elsewhere!

We are visiting from out of town and my kiddo chipped a tooth. They were able to get us in super quick and Dr. Peter was amazing 👏 we are cash pay and their prices were very reasonable.

My daughter is almost three and VPD does a great job of working with her. She’s the kind of kid that wants to know what and why you are doing, they take the time to not only explain but help her get familiar with tools and processes. They have lots of options to play or do while waiting for the dentist and take great care of the kiddos and offer advice to help appointments go smoothly.

We have been coming here a couple years now and we are so happy with it! Kids enjoy coming which is a big deal. We have had cleanings and work done. Pricing is all reasonable and upfront. No hidden bills. They are so patient and kind with the kids and also the parents. We love the new gaming station, coloring station and train table area. Now they just need something in the waiting area.

UPDATE: I still bring my boys (9 & 11) here. We appreciate how our we’re treaded by doctors and staff. My son needed to have nitrous and to my surprise it went better than expected ⭐️🫶🏼 I highly recommend Vancouver Pediatric Dentistry. I completely trust my two young boys (4 & 7) in the hands of the dentists, assistants, and hygienist. The 2 waiting rooms offer fun for all kids and the dentists have an amazing nack for helping the kids feel comfortable.
